York has very eclectic leadership experiences. He has been a military, Federal Law Enforcement, and Financial Sector leader. After a distinguished 41 years of military service with 36 years in Special Forces, he retired as a Chief Warrant Officer Five. He had held numerous leadership positions in the United States Marshals Service, was an executive for several organizations in the financial sector and has successfully run his own company for many years. This diverse background has made York a great leadership mentor and coach. He is pursuing a Doctorate in Leadership and Learning in Organizations from Vanderbilt University’s Peabody College. York teaches a leadership development course at Duke University as an Adjunct Professor.
Thomas has extensive mentoring and coaching experience operating in numerous US Army Special Forces positions. He has additionally worked in multiple other fields, including Federal Law Enforcement, Real Estate, General Contracting, and Project Management. Thomas’s experiences have created a more profound understanding of effective leadership, mentoring, and coaching, leading to client relationships based on loyalty and trust. Through exposure to different cultures and people in the United States, Europe, Southeast Asia, and Central America, Thomas has developed a coaching and mentoring style that enables him to interact at all levels within an organization. Thomas currently teaches math at the secondary education level in the Unified Los Angles School District.
John has vast experience as a mentor and coach gained during his United States Marshal Service career. He is the recipient of the Robert Forsyth Award for Exceptional Heroism, the United States Marshals Service’s highest award and numerous Directors Awards for Teamwork and Innovation. John rose through the ranks holding numerous operational positions, and retired as a Chief Deputy US Marshal. He was a USMS Critical Incident Response Team member and the USMS Chiefs Advisory Board Chair. John’s leadership experiences allow him to connect with anyone in an organization, from the entry-level to the boardroom.
Jim has nearly 43 years of combined military service on active duty, US Army Reserves and the National Guard- 28 years of which were in the Special Forces Regiment where he held numerous different positions of increasing responsibility. He served his last seven years as the State Command Chief Warrant Officer for the North Carolina National Guard. Additionally, he is a retired law enforcement officer with more than 25 years of service with the Chesterfield County, Virginia Police Department holding the rank of Lieutenant. He graduated from the North Carolina State Highway Patrol Administrative Officers Management Program and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Averett University. From his extensive experience in two sectors, Jim has developed the ability to advise and mentor leaders at the highest level in any organization.
